Monroe County Fair Board...

is focused on providing adequate grounds, facilities, and funding for the youth of the community to showcase their talents by providing a means and educational experience to exhibit and compete in the various livestock and non-livestock projects of their involvement choice each year during the fair. The board strives to conduct business in a civil manner that includes the utmost trust and respect of all involved and gives all community members the opportunity to utilize the grounds and structures to their fullest potential while working with them to highlight the heritage of the community and its ties to agriculture, industry and business that are the backbone of the community.

Livestock Information and Form

Properly completing this form will help to ensure that all 4-H & FFA Members and their animal projects are correctly stated on the Auction Sale Bill for added Buyer’s convenience and proper state mandated reporting. All completed forms must be turned into the Fair Board Office by 9am on the Sunday of the Fair.

Welcome to the 2026 Monroe County Fair! At the link below, you can find any information/entry forms you may need as well as contest rules and all Fair Books for the year. We are so glad to have you here and showing interest in our County Fair!

Exciting Weekend Entertainment

Live Bands will be playing following our Grandstand Events from 9:30-11 pm Friday and Saturday night of the fair.

Exciting New Food & Vendors

We have an INCREDIBLE lineup of food for the 2026 Monroe County Fair! Among many familiar faces, a taste from 9 miles north in Lovilia is joining us again in our food stand! The North End's Kimmie Keegel DeBrouse is back for more fair food and fun! See who else is joining our lineup as new additions for the year below.

Silent Auction Event

The Monroe County 4-H Sr and Jr Youth Council is sure to put out some great items for this year's silent auction. Proceeds being put back into our fair grounds, be sure to check out how past year's funds were spent – they planted flowers, added a Ga-Ga Ball Pit and a Basketball Play Area enclosed in an old grain wagon for all to enjoy for free during the fair!
