Monroe County Fair Board...

is focused on providing adequate grounds, facilities, and funding for the youth of the community to showcase their talents by providing a means and educational experience to exhibit and compete in the various livestock and non-livestock projects of their involvement choice each year during the fair. The board strives to conduct business in a civil manner that includes the utmost trust and respect of all involved and gives all community members the opportunity to utilize the grounds and structures to their fullest potential while working with them to highlight the heritage of the community and its ties to agriculture, industry and business that are the backbone of the community.

Livestock Information and Form

Properly completing this form will help to ensure that all 4-H & FFA Members and their animal projects are correctly stated on the Auction Sale Bill for added Buyer’s convenience and proper state mandated reporting. All completed forms must be turned into the Fair Board Office by 9am on the Sunday of the Fair.
